Nursing Homes

Wilton House, Wilton Lodge and Shenleybury House are very dear to us at St Martin’s Shenley.

Every month we hold short services with candles and music, encouraging the residents to know that God loves each one of them. 
We have special services at Christmas and Easter and lead a memorial service in the home once a year,
inviting friends, family and carers to remember all those who have passed away.

As well as services we meet with residents on a one to one basis to share Holy Communion and friendly conversations over a nice cup of tea.

This is a rewarding part of our service to the wider community which is appreciated a lot by the staff and the residents wider family.
